Meet the Founder: A Story of Passion and Dedication

I moved to South Florida, to Deerfield Beach, 11 years ago and took on various roles—shampoo girl, housekeeper, tile sales, and assistant in a paver business. After having my daughter in 2018, I began cleaning Airbnbs and soon found myself helping owners with additional property care tasks. That’s when I discovered my passion for real estate and earned my Real Estate License. With all this experience, I created Vilela Property Management, providing a one-stop solution for Homeowners, including personalized concierge services tailored to each client.
